Best seat in the house isn’t in the water. It’s at a table at the Grandstand Kiosk, watching the harbour laid out in front of you, coffee in hand.
The Grandstand Kiosk sits on our Level 3 grandstand, right as you enter the facility. Indoor and outdoor seating, and honestly, there’s no bad seat up here. Wherever you land, you’re looking at sweeping Sydney Harbour views.
This isn’t your average kiosk menu. Breakfast runs 6:30am to 11:00am: sourdough toast, a proper bacon and egg roll (loaded, if you’re that way inclined), a BLAT or the haloumi HLAT for something green-ish, and eggs on toast for the no-fuss crowd.
Lunch takes over from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Classics like beef, chicken or veg burgers, and sliders for the kids. Short on time? Grab-and-go is there too, for anyone racing off the pool deck or straight out of the gym.
Coffee, tea and iced drinks run all day. Long black to iced matcha, oat milk to extra shot, it’s all there.
And yes, there will absolutely be hot chips.
Round it out at the gelato bar, which is open seasonally. A scoop after a swim in the summer is a must-have experience.
Grab your swimmers, do your laps, then come sit with a coffee (or a gelato) and a harbour view that no other pool café in Australia can match. Can’t beat this.
